We cemented very deep for a wooden swing. Can our 3 year old granddaughter use the swing after 3 days?

3 days should be ok ,it depends if the ground is cold and wet,or hot and dry ,but for a swing it should be cured enough not to move. the cement will be a lighter color when it dries also
cement takes 28 days to cure.but after 3 days for a young child.it will be o.k.good luck.
